Natalija Pešić is Head of HR and Developmentin A1 Serbia. Over the 19 years long career path in HR fields, she worked in different industries such as FMSG, manufactory and telecommunications, where she spent the last ten years.

Always striving to put the human in the center of the company she had the opportunity to create systems and procedures in the areas of:

• HR Operations,
• Learning and Development,
• Performance Management,
• Recruitment and
• Talent Management. 

Relying on her engineering education backup she successfully led three implementation of HR information system.

She is passionate about employee experience, employer branding, compensation and benefits strategy and development.
