Isidora vodi HR tim i timove za finansije i putovanja u kompaniji Zuhlke Engineering. Ima preko 18 godina iskustva u ljudskim resursima u međunarodnim kompanijama (farmaceutska industrija, telekomunikacije, finansijski sektor, IT), uključujući dvogodišnje iskustvo rada u inostranstvu. 2017. godine stekla je MBA diplomu i akreditovana je od strane Chartered Management Institute u Velikoj Britaniji kao Nivo 7 u Strateškom upravljanju i liderstvu.
