As the Founder & Director of the Institute for the Development of Potential, Martin has helped leaders and teams around the world cultivate composure, confidence, self-worth, resilience, and sustainable success. His inspiring work and lectures have reached audiences across four continents, including Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
In 2015, a deep personal crisis forced Martin to re-evaluate everything he had known up to that point. Over the course of just eight intense weeks, he emerged from what he describes as the most challenging period of his life - not just having overcome the crisis, but having discovered a profound inner peace he had never experienced before.
This transformative journey led him to shift his focus even further toward understanding how we can break through mental barriers, embrace life fully, and create a sense of ease and flow - both personally and professionally..
Since then, Martin has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations overcome challenges, develop a balanced mindset, and lead with purpose.
He is the former President of the Global Speakers Federation (2022-23) and the German Speakers Association (2015-2017). Additionally, he has represented Austria in the International Council for Self-Esteem, contributing to efforts in building environments that promote self-confidence and self-worth - whether in families, schools, businesses, or society.
Martin’s insights have been deeply shaped by his mentor, Jack Canfield - co-founder of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book empire and known from The Secret - whose 40+ years of research on success and peak performance have influenced Martin’s teachings.
