Milan Gospić is leading Microsoft innovation hub – The Garage, since December 2024, as part of Microsoft Research global organization. Prior to this, he was leading Microsoft in Serbia since January 2021 as Country Manager in charge of country digital transformation, focusing on strategic development of the market, customers and partners.

In addition to the roles in Microsoft, since 2022. he was a member of the AmCham Board of Governors, actively contributing to Digital Agenda development in cooperation with the main country stakeholders and chamber members and from June 2023 member of the bord of eCommerce Association of Serbia.

Milan was leading sales, large operations teams and key projects in over 2 decades of positions in multinational companies of which 15 years on international senior leadership positions in ICT sector, as CEO in Bulgaria and regional COO for Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania. Graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade.

He is passionate about technology, innovation and people, continually pushing the boundaries of what is possible in these fields.
