Since the launch of Poslovi.infostud.com—and from the very beginning of her professional career—she has been steering the development of the job portal, positioning and maintaining it as the market leader in Serbia. Since 2011, she has held the position of Director, leading the strategic growth of all Infostud employment platforms and managing a team of over 100 employees.

Throughout her time at Infostud, she has designed and led innovative and strategic projects, introducing new solutions to the job market and implementing various online systems and business tools aimed at enhancing recruitment and selection processes for Infostud’s clients.

She organizes and leads HR workshops and lectures on the labor market in Serbia, with one of her key professional goals being to create a positive impact on employment transparency and efficiency in the country.

However, she considers her greatest achievement to be the smiling, dedicated, and highly efficient team with whom she successfully achieves both company and personal professional goals.
